Along side our training workshops , Sheerface Support offers organisations help to set up, develop and run dynamic education and participation programmes which enthuse all those who connect to them, helping them to discover their own potential and inspire their own learning.

In consultation we will help projects to develop learning programmes; support workers to develop the knowledge and skill to level and credit learners work using the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (S.C.Q.F); run ‘train the trainer’ workshops or cascade learning direct to learners; embed learning outcomes into teaching material; and implement effective ways to evaluate the success of the project.
